Dan Named to Auburn Hills Chamber’s “Tomorrow’s Twenty”

Stalt Financial

Mar 21, 2025

We’re proud to share that Dan Zech, co-founder of Stalt Financial, has been recognized as one of Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce’s Tomorrow’s Twenty—an award honoring professionals under 40 who are shaping the future with innovation, leadership, and community impact.

Presented at the Chamber’s annual gala on May 8th, the award celebrates young professionals who are redefining what it means to lead with purpose. Dan was nominated not only for his forward-thinking approach to financial planning, but for the heart and integrity he brings to everything he does—whether it’s guiding families through life’s biggest financial decisions or mentoring business owners through major transitions.

From day one, Dan has been a driving force behind Stalt’s independent RIA model—prioritizing fiduciary advice, holistic planning, and client-first values over industry convention. He’s continually exploring smarter, more innovative ways to serve, refusing to settle for what’s easy or expected when a better path exists for the people we work with.

But Dan’s impact goes beyond the office. He leads with compassion, authenticity, and the kind of quiet determination that uplifts everyone around him. Whether he’s explaining a complex investment strategy or just showing up as a thoughtful colleague, Dan makes people feel seen, heard, and supported.

He’s the kind of leader who doesn’t need a spotlight—but we’re glad the Auburn Hills Chamber chose to shine one on him anyway.

Congratulations, Dan. You deserve this—and more.
